I need fun elf ideas! The sillier, the better! My kids love waking up to elf mischief, but by the time they’re asleep, I’m too tired to be creative. I always go with something easy and boring. Give me some cheeky ideas, please!

One of the best ones we did was setting up a "mini elf café." The elves left tiny menus on the table, saying they had opened a secret restaurant just for the kids. The catch? Only kids could read the menu because the elves had put a special spell on adults!

The kids were giggling all day, trying to convince us that the menu had all sorts of silly foods like “marshmallow spaghetti” and “chocolate soup.” At breakfast, we played along, acting confused while they “read” the menu. Then, to their delight, we actually served a fun treat—hot chocolate with whipped cream and sprinkles. They were amazed that the elves’ magic worked!

Last year, I tied some string from the Christmas tree to the ceiling fan and made a tiny zipline for the elves. I used a candy cane as their handle, and in the morning, the kids were amazed to see the elves mid-air! They couldn’t stop laughing and tried to build their own ziplines for toys!

I made Tiny Elf Laundry, I took some doll clothes, made a tiny clothesline using string, and clipped the elf’s tiny "laundry" to it. The elves left a note saying, "We had a long trip from the North Pole and needed to wash our clothes!" My kids laughed so hard imagining elves doing laundry.

I also made Marshmallow Bubble Bath. I placed the elf in a small bowl filled with marshmallows and left a tiny rubber duck next to them. The kids woke up and screamed, "The elf is taking a bath in marshmallows!" They even asked if they could have a marshmallow bath too!
